Refund policy

At Kifaru Charge Coffee, we are committed to delivering premium-quality coffee products roasted and fulfilled with care. Because our coffee products are perishable, we maintain the following return and refund guidelines.

Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products.

Returns may be approved for unopened items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product was defective
  • The order was significantly different from what was purchased

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment or roasting begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Opened coffee products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Digital products
